Norwich Public Utilities
We worked with this Connecticut-based utility to improve their customer communication. Working with senior management and a partner consultant, Paul Olean, we helped decipher complex energy policies and local area utility issues for publication to the community. From a regular newsletter to a new web site, NPU was able to build an even greater position of advocacy with their constituents. With our initial work and support for several years, NPU now manages their communications more effectively internally.
It would be natural to think that a horticulture company should use photography to sell their naturally beautiful product. But in developing a catalog for McGregor Plant Sales, we recommended the development of original illustrations. As a large grower, McGregor counts on various breeder to supply them photography. Photos vary in quality and style and every other grower out there is using those same photos.
Working with our friend Ruth Demandt of Bluegirl Design, we had richly colored illustrations done to represent the categories of products they sell. Traditional photos fill the book for informational and sales purposes. The end result is a unique look and feel for McGregor that stands out amongst all the other growers.
